Returns Policy

Unopened Products: If you change your mind, you may return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Packaging must be intact and the product unused.

Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return: To start a return, please email us at contact@matchasty.com . We will provide instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
